WBS Start Level

Pain-relieving - Postural

The focus will be on how to use, teach and communicate about WBS. The purpose of the course is to teach WBS ANTALGIC and WBS POSTURAL programs, learn how to use manual and motorized WBS benches while learning about all their peculiarities, and learn programs using WBS Bands.

Pain-relieving - Postural

WBS Therapy Course

4-lesson course to delve into the therapeutic use of WBS on various pathologies. Lessons are divided into modules focusing on: neck and diaphragm (module 1) - foot and knee (module 2) - hip, pelvis and upper limbs (module 3) - spine, TMJ, eyes and posture (module 4).

WBS Pilates Course

Pilates course that includes the following topics: WBS Pilates Start Level, WBS Pilates Props and Pilates Wall.

WBS Specialist PT and athletic training

Starting with static and dynamic posture assessment, we will go on to create the most effective personalized program to correct posture and reduce the risk of injury.

Functional Program

During the training, techniques for the use of resistance bands and other small equipment will be studied, using the WBS bench in different positions (lying down, sitting, kneeling and standing) to have the proper progression which leads to the control of the Neutral Spine Position.

WBS Mental Training

The course - both theoretical and practical - will cover Mental Training and Breathing techniques and exercises to get the most out of using WBS products.
